Phillip Merlino
Phillip Merlino has been working in the wonderful world of Real Estate since 2014. His love for Real Estate stems from a deep passion and care of people and their individual needs. Buying or Selling a home is an extremely personal and sometimes emotionally charged scenario. Phillip is a strong center for his clients. Phillip holds a degree in Communication with an emphasis in Real Estate Management and marketing. Is certified in Real Estate Law and forced sales, is a first time home buyer specialist and VA certified. Phillip has received multiple awards in leadership including boosting productivity by 20% for Macy's corporate as an HR Director. In his off time Phillip utilizes his second Bachelors Degree in classical voice, where he has earned honors such as being the top 10% nationwide of classical vocalists by the National Association of Teachers of Singing.

Trevor Laake
Trevor is a Southern California native who has proudly called the Inland Empire home for over 15 years, including the past 8 years in Riverside. With deep roots in the region, he understands the unique character of Southern California communities — from vibrant urban neighborhoods to quiet residential enclaves — and the lifestyle opportunities each offers.

Since 2022, he has worked in live audio at Loma Linda University Church, where precision, preparation, and calm problem-solving are essential in high-pressure environments — skills that translate seamlessly into navigating real estate transactions.
